I have the very easiest and most tasty way to use Chocolate Pudding!
It's Mom's Chocolate Pudding Pie!
Mom's Chocolate Pudding Pie
1 packet chocolate fudge instant pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pre-prepared chocolate cookie crust
Mix Instant pudding with milk, you will use less milk than the package calls for do it can be a bit more solid than typical pudding (for pie purposes).
Put pudding mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, decorate with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
So easy and so delish!
